Henry Barkhausen entered the structured settlement industry in 1992. His professional background includes eighteen years in finance and capital marketing, including being managing director of an investment bank and treasurer of a Fortune 500 company. His many responsibilities have also included risk management and investment management.

Mr. Barkhausen's experience in structured settlements has been primarily in the area of medical malpractice, liability, product liability and workers' compensation. He has great success with highly complex cases involving funding life care plans for severely disabled individuals where he coordinates the care planning phase, and determines the optimum funding method.

His financial analysis and planning expertise have proven beneficial in dealing with the financial and tax aspects of structured settlements. Mr. Barkhausen has the ability to design optimum structured settlements for plaintiffs and to sell the proposals to all parties effectively answering any comments, questions or objections raised by plaintiffs or their attorneys.

Henry has an MBA from the University of Chicago. He holds licenses in Life and Health and is a licensed CPA. He is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
