John Cranias joined Brant Hickey in January of 2008 and currently works in the Orlando office. His primary concentration is within tax free Structured Settlement annuity products, arising from product liability, general liability, medical malpractice, and commercial auto claims. Mr. Cranias also has extensive experience using Non-Qualified annuity products such as structured sales, attorney fee structures, and disability and divorce settlements, including child support and alimony.

Mr. Cranias is a licensed life and variable annuities agent and a licensed primary and secondary lending agent. As a senior loan consultant for over ten years, he concentrated on the primary and secondary lending markets, assisting his clients with complex financial transactions both in the residential and commercial areas. He has been recognized with numerous awards for his exceptional work as a top producer in the industry. His experience within the Structured Settlement and lending arena, combined with his dedication to service and strong work ethic, help to ensure that his client's best interests are always considered.
