With more than 25 years of structured settlement and insurance expertise, Dan has earned the respect of a diverse client base across the United States who respect his professionalism and commitment to helping find the proper solution for each unique situation.

As a member of the CPCU Society, Dan has served on national Claims, Reinsurance and Risk Management Committees, and has participated as a speaker for several CPCU national and regional symposia. He also conducts educational seminars for lawyers which have been approved by the state Bar of California for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Credit.

Dan serves on the Board of Directors, currently as President-Elect, of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). Through NSSTA, in cooperation with the University of Notre Dame, he was among the first in the nation to earn his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation.

In addition to past involvement with the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE), Dan completed additional studies on tax, public benefits, financial planning and related topics through the University of California, Irvine. A former public school teacher and basketball coach, he graduated from The Ohio State University (Bachelor of Science in Education.)
