Prior to entering the structured settlement business in 1989, he spent fifteen years as an insurance field marketing officer with responsibilities throughout the Western States. During these years, Jim developed an expertise in life and annuity products and their various applications. Jim joined Brant Hickey & Associates at the beginning of 2003 as Regional Vice President. He currently concentrates on settlements involving liability, workers compensation and non-qualified taxable claims. He is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association and he makes himself available to teach classes in the fundamentals of structured settlements to various client and industry groups.
