After completing his studies at Cambridge School of Business he began his insurance career with Hartford Life Insurance Company in Boston, Massachusetts. He moved to California in 1974 and began working as an analyst for a company providing broad litigation support services. Steve developed an early spreadsheet computer model for projecting future wage and benefit loss, personal consumption analysis, future medical care and other elements of special damages. Steve specializes in analyzing life care plans, economic reports and the design of creative settlement options. He has extensive experience in medical malpractice cases and has also been a guest lecturer at several physicians and hospital meetings. Mr. Frappier is a member of The National Structured Settlements Trade Association and has earned the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) from Notre Dame University.
