Chad is a Structured Settlement and Annuity Specialist in the Los Angeles region. He is an attorney with extensive experience in structured settlements, finance and insurance. He works with many prominent law firms in California, along with self-insured organizations, corporations, third party administrators and insurance companies. He works on all types of cases and claims including personal injury and liability, mass tort, medical malpractice and workers compensation. Further, Chad will provide personal consultations and evaluations regarding cases that may merit use of structured settlements and/or annuities.

Chad is a valued team player who facilitates structured settlements and the settlement process. He designs and presents settlement annuity plans, facilitates settlement releases, and effectively works with clients, attorneys and the court. He often attends and participates in settlement conferences, mediations, and other hearings designed to resolve cases. Additionally, he analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments.

Chad is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree, and Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy. Chad holds a California insurance license and a Colorado law license.
