Rich Goodman established the St. Louis office for Brant Hickey in 2005. His background includes over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Much of that experience was with State Farm Insurance where he was responsible for the settlement of complex losses and worked on a variety of special company projects. In addition, he worked as an insurance agent in Arizona where he managed the opening and development of an agency.

The focus of Mr. Goodman's business is to facilitate the successful resolution of liability, workers compensation, and medical malpractice claims. Through the use of structured settlements, he works with all parties towards the settlement of losses in an equitable and professional manner. He takes a hands-on approach in providing the resources necessary for the settlement process to move forward. He is available to attend mediations and settlement conferences in order to expedite the claim process.

Mr. Goodman's education includes a bachelor of science in economics from Illinois State University. He has earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) certification from the Insurance Institute of America and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) certification from the College for Financial Planning. He is licensed in life, health, property, and casualty, and has previously held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He is also a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.

While not working, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Much of that time spent traveling, cycling, and volunteering in the community.
