Mr. Henry received his undergraduate degree in Business from Howard University. Upon graduation, he worked at General Electric and Air Products and Chemicals before attending law school. After earning a law degree from Widener University School of Law, Mr. Henry was an attorney for the Pennsylvania Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund where he negotiated, settled and structured multi-million dollar medical malpractice claims. Deryck is a member of the Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar associations. In addition, he has lectured extensively about negotiating and structuring settlements.
