Tim Kosor joined Brant Hickey & Associates in 2004 after serving 2 years with another national structured settlement consulting firm. Tim specializes in the successful negotiation of commercial liability, personal lines, medical malpractice and workers compensation claims through the use of customized structured settlement plans. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of case management, from initial client contact to completion of settlement documents and contract issuance. He has worked with a varied clientele, including personal injury attorneys, casualty companies, self-insured organizations and third party administrators.

Mr. Kosor has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to entering the structured settlement field, he worked for Maximus, Inc. as a Senior Financial Consultant to various public agencies in the state of California. Other experience includes a Personal Financial Planner position with Gateway Investment Services, at which time he gained the Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Tim earned both a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters degree in International Business from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Mr. Kosor is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
