Eric Kronk has worked in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry since 1990. With his team at Kronk Financial Services, Eric specializes in designing 'best-fit' financial programs for personal injury victims and their families. The ‘best fit’ typically includes the coordination of a structured settlement with existing financial programs, and may incorporate one or more trusts to enhance portfolio financial protections and performance.

Eric has successfully negotiated and designed structured settlements to resolve a broad range of tort actions. These include: workers compensation, Medicare Set-Asides, toxic tort, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death actions. Kronk Financial Services, LLC provides support with many key components of the claims negotiation and settlement process. This support includes assisting attorneys with drafting settlement documents to ensure the tax-advantaged status of future structured payouts, whenever possible.

Eric received his B.A. Honors degree from McGill University, his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, and is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow with the American College.
