She was born in Idaho but moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. Patricia entered the structured settlement industry 19 years ago. She has worked with self-insured employers, casualty companies, municipalities, and third party administrators in providing claims settlement and financing through utilization of annuities/structured settlements. The majority of her work performed in tort/personal injury arena. Her expertise in the workman's compensation arena has assisted in settlement of claims in various states including Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado. Patricia has been instrumental in the Nevada worker's compensation arena including legislation and regulations. She has presented several workshops regarding the use of annuities in worker's compensation as well as tort and personal injury.
