Hyrom McCall is an experienced professional specializing in designing and structuring settlements for personal injury cases and clients with special needs. He has more than 30 years of diversified insurance experience, including Investigation, Worker’s Compensation and Liability and 20 years specializing in the annuity business. His broad background in litigation and structured settlements bring an invaluable asset to the settlement table.

Hyrom works with a myriad of individuals, including risk managers, claims personnel and attorneys to effectively design and negotiate structured settlements in a wide range of areas. He has worked with Special Needs Trust and assisted attorneys in reaching settlement when SSI and Medicaid benefits are involved. He also assists the attorney in determining accurate distribution to meet the needs outlined in Life Care Plans.

As a Structured Settlement Specialist, Hyrom adds value to the resolution of every case by providing on-site settlement conference assistance and negotiation support, balancing the need and ability to obtain/maintain private and governmental benefits and assist with Special Needs Trusts, developing Financial Needs Analysis which incorporate experts’ economic reports and life care plans, attorney input and the client’s social and financial data and designing creative programs to replace lost income and provide future care for both large and small cases, using structured settlement annuities.

Prior to joining the Insurance industry, Hyrom taught Biology and Physical Science for the Houston County Board of Education. With his teaching background, he is able to thoroughly instruct beginning technicians the art of settling cases utilizing the structured settlement process.
