For over 15 years Ray has structured an array of cases ranging from automobile to medical malpractice to workers' compensation. Ray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. He holds the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), conferred by the National Structured Settlement Trade Association in cooperation with the University of Notre Dame.
