His insurance background consists of directly handling complex litigated claims in personal and commercial lines, as well as structured settlement work both for an in-house insurance operation as well as outside independent brokerages. John provides assistance to major casualty carriers, the court, and attorneys in a variety of claims, such as auto, general liability, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. He handles all aspects of the structured settlement, from the tailoring of a custom financial plan to finalizing documents and court approval. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) from NSSTA, in cooperation with University of Notre Dame, and also holds Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from The American College.
